White Mountain Toastmasters Installs New Club Officers
PLYMOUTH – White Mountain Toastmasters club of- ficers for the term of July 2023 through June 2024 were installed by incoming Division A Director Elise Thorsen at the June 21, 2023
club meeting. The officers work to make sure the club is strong, and dedicated to helping people from all walks of life to speak in an ef- fective manner, listen with sensi- tivity, and think creatively.
At the conclusion of the officer installation ceremony, incoming President Joe Reid presented a Certificate of Ap- preciation to outgoing President Sheila Oranch.

PLYMOUTH – Twenty-sev- enth annual Plymouth Town Wide Yard Sale September 9, 2023, the Saturday after Labor Day, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (rain or shine).
Twenty-seven years ago, a small group of community members started the Plymouth Town Wide Yard Sale to benefit the Plymouth Area Community Closet. Since 2013, the yard sale has benefited the Homes 4 Vet- erans fund at the Bridge House Shelter in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Sale sites include a huge community group site at the Plymouth Municipal Air- port, 311 Quincy Road, Plym- outh, NH, several organization sites, and yard sale locations throughout Plymouth. For some years, more than one hundred families, non-profits, and busi-
nesses have participated with individual sites, and fifty-plus vendors from all around the region have set up at the group site. Judging by the number of cars parked on the airport field last year, at least six hundred customers visited the group site as well as followed the Yard Sale Maps to private sites all around the town.
