Elections
By steve Coffill
My name is Steve Coffill, and I’m running for State Represen- tative in District 10: Bristol and Bridgewater.
New Hampshire has been my home for 49 years. I came here as a young adult, built my career, raised my family, and put down roots. Eight years ago, my wife, Denise, and I chose Bristol as our home because of our deep love for the Lakes Region. Wherever I have lived, I have believed in being active in my community, pitching in, and helping my neighbors whenever I could.
For 38 years, I was self-em- ployed and owned Precision
Dental Studio. Running a small business through seven reces- sions taught me how to manage budgets, control costs, plan for difficult times, and make tough decisions.
Today, I work as a paint spe- cialist, and I still understand what it means to work hard for every dollar.
I decided to run for office be- cause I believe that government should manage taxpayers’ money with the same care and discipline that families and small businesses do. We cannot keep spending more and asking taxpayers to pay more. We need to identify waste, prioritize essential services, and live within our means.
I hear concerns from young people, working families, and seniors living on fixed incomes. Property taxes and the rising cost of living are putting pressure on people who have worked hard to build a life here. Everyone who calls New Hampshire home should be able to afford to stay.
I will strongly oppose broad- based income or sales taxes that would place another burden on New Hampshire families. I will work to protect taxpayers, reduce unnecessary spending, and make responsible financial decisions.
I am a strong believer in in- dividual liberty, the Second Amendment, and strong families. These principles help preserve
New Hampshire’s character and independence.
My decision to run is also deeply personal. Seven years ago, I came very close to losing my life. That experience gave me a deeper appreciation for my family, my community, and the life I’ve been given. I want to use my time serving the people and state I love.
Denise and I adore our chil- dren and nine grandchildren. We own a farmhouse in Bristol, where I enjoy working the land. I play guitar, accompany Denise and run sound for some bands.
I am proud of the representa- tives who have served our region before me, including Ned Gor-
don, Carroll Brown, and John Sellers. They left a legacy of ser- vice that I hope to build upon.
I’m not running for power or prestige. I’m running because my experience as a small-busi- ness owner, husband, father, and grandfather can bring a practical perspective to Concord.
I will listen to the people of Bristol and Bridgewater, consider the facts, make difficult decisions when necessary, and work to pro- tect the freedoms and affordabil- ity that make New Hampshire a great place to live.
I would be honored to earn your trust and serve as your voice in Concord.
Why I'm Running for State Representative

Small Business Owner and Community Leader Ready to Bring Fiscal Responsibility and Family Values to Concord
BRISTOL — August 24, 2026 — Today, retiring State Representative John Sellers (R-Grafton 10) officially an-
nounced his enthusiastic en- dorsement and support for Steve Coffill as he campaigns for State Representative in Grafton County District 10, representing the voters of Bristol and Bridge- water. A proud resident of New Hampshire for 49 years, Coffill is a seasoned entrepreneur who has served as the selfemployed
owner and operator of Preci- sion Dental Studio for 38 years. Navigating the operational chal- lenges of running a business through seven economic reces- sions, Coffill brings a deep, prac- tical understanding of budget discipline, hard work, and what it takes to sustain a thriving local economy.
"Steve Coffill represents the granite-strong resilience and commonsense principles that make New Hampshire thrive," said retiring State Representative John Sellers. "Having had the honor of serving our towns for two terms in the House. I know what it takes as a small business owner, U.S. Air Force veteran, and representative to protect our taxpayers, support constitutional rights, and hold the line in Con- cord. With nearly four decades
of hands-on business experience and a lifelong commitment to youth and family values, Steve is exceptionally qualified to succeed me and deliver effective represen- tation for our communities."
Beyond his business success, Coffill is a devoted father of two with a long history of community engagement. He has invested years into mentoring local youth, having coached soccer and bas- ketball and served as a scout leader. In his free time, Steve is an avid guitarist who regularly accompanies his wife, a profes- sional vocalist.
Coffill’s platform centers on core conservative values designed to preserve the Granite State’s quality of life:
• Fiscal Responsibility: Bringing real-world business acu- men to state government to hold
the line on spending and keep New Hampshire competitive.
• Protecting Fundamental Rights: Unwavering support for the Second Amendment and de- fending individual liberties.
• Promoting Life & Family Values: Dedicated to supporting strong families and vibrant local
communities.
"Our towns deserve effec- tive, principled representation in Concord," Coffill stated. "Hav- ing raised my family and built a business here, I understand the challenges our neighbors face. I look forward to working hard for
Bristol and Bridgewater to keep our economy strong and protect the New Hampshire Ad- vantage."
