 Greater Lakes Region
   Children’s Auction
Earns 3 Star Rating from Charity Navigator
LACONIA—The Greater Lakes Region Children’s Auc- tion recently announced that its strong financial health and ongoing accountability and transparency has earned it a Three-Star Rating from Char- ity Navigator. This rating des- ignates the Children’s Auction as an official “Give with Con- fidence” charity, indicating it’s using its donations effectively based on Charity Navigator’s criteria.
Charity Navigator is Ameri- ca’s largest and most-used inde- pendent charity evaluator. Since 2001, the organization has been an unbiased and trusted source of information for more than 11 million donors annually.
Charity Navigator analyzes nonprofit performance based on four key indicators: the impact and results, accountability and finance, culture and community, and leadership and adaptability.
Jennifer Kelley, executive di- rector of the auction, said, “We hope the Three-Star Charity Navigator status will help those new to our organization trust our commitment to good gover- nance and financial health as we support children and families in need and enhance the faith of
our current supporters.”
