CLASSIC CHOCOLATE CHIP

               YELD: (70 ct.)


               IINGERDIENTS
                 1-1/3 c. G-F Flour blend
                 ¼ tsp. baking soda
                 ¼ tsp. salt
                 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter
                 ¾ c. coconut sugar
                 ¼ c. Erythritol
                 1 Large egg
                 1 tsp. vanilla extract
                 1 c. Simi-sweet chocolate chips

               DIRECTIONS
                 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
                 Whisk flour blend, baking soda and salt together in small bowl.
                 Whisk together the egg and coconut sugar (about 3-5 minutes).
                 Add vanilla whisk until blended.
                 Mix in and Erythritol.
                 Add egg mixture and beat well blended.
                 Add chocolate chips and blend on low speed.
                 Add dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated.
                 Let dough rest in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes.
                 Scoop and bake for 14 minutes.
