Excellence:
corporate operational excellence (COE) action items closure status:
CRISOD had greatly worked to review and comply with the recommendations of 2016 COE assessment. During 2nd & 3rd quarters of 2018, CRISOD managed to close forty nine (49) major items out of fifty one (51) included in the assessment report on the new SAP system.
ISSD security compliance review team:
During 2018, CRISOD managed to close 220 items out of 228 reported by SCRT during their several visits to CRISOD divisions.
