key performance indicators (KPIs):
The KPIs manual was developed as part of CRISOD accountability. The purpose of this manual is to be the main-reference to assist data owners and individuals, streamline the process of extracting KPI data, calculating the KPI formula, and representing the KPIs to the concerned entities on a quarterly basis.
security tracking, analysis and recognitions program (STAR):
STAR Program has been developed and implemented in CRISOD since the beginning of 2018. This program is one effective tool that measures CRISOD operations’ performance, and do analysis for all incidents to bridge the gaps for mitigations. STAR also, recognizes those employees who significantly contribute to the department’s operations.
