CRISOD emergency response plan (ERP)
The administration of CRISOD has devoted to instilling the concept of safety in the hearts of its employees and establishing
its importance to preserve the lives of employees and maintain the company›s facilities and business. The department has worked on several initiatives to create a safe working environment that ensures the continuity of the work activities and the flow of energy throughout the globe. Some of the department’s initiatives and accomplishments are listed below:
safety management system (SMS) enhancement:
CRISOD conducted a thorough review to its SMS manual and produced a revised one that’s one of its kind.
CRISOD has reviewed and approved the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for the department. A total of 150 copies were distributed to all CRISOD security posts and management in order to follow whenever there is an incident within the department.
Safety
• Committee reviewed the existing SMS manual.
• Benchmarked with Khurais Producing Department.
• LPD reviewed and approved the proposed manual.
• Published and distributed the final version of the manual
The department conducted 3 SMC meetings “for the first three quarters, 2018” following the new structure recommended by the new developed SMS manual.
• Duplications were removed.
• All incident types were incorporated
and listed.
• Created a response plan to each
incidents type.
• New practical scenarios were added.
• Several drills were conducted followed
the newly published ERP.
