CRISOD is continuing its efforts to empower its workforce to enhance production in terms of quality & quantity, to increase accountability for results, to help employees develop new skills and to create a climate of transparency and trust.
To enhance employees’ skills and development, boost leadership development, foster knowledge transfer and best practices sharing, CRISOD managed to provide more than 370 employees with different operational assignments within and outside the department:

To enhance emergency response capabilities among CRISOD employees, leaders at all levels within CRISOD were empowered to coordinate/conduct security drills (internal - major). The department conducted 46 out of 65 planned drills.
