• NARresearchreleasedinlateFebruary–“TheSnapshotof Race & Home Buying in America report” – which shows that home ownership rates for non-Hispanic White Americans were consistently above 71% from 2016 to 2019.
• Overthesameperiod,however,ownershipratesforBlack Americans have been 30% less – hovering above 41%.
• ForHispanicAmericans,rateshaveheldabove45%,andAsian American rates have been above 53% from 2016-19.
