Duncan, a practising architect and educator, will illustrate some of the low-tech but high impact buildings of the desert areas of Iran. Simple but elegant in their transformation of the hostile into a paradise. Specifically, do they have something to teach us about how to meet our responsibilities to reduce global warming today?
