1 Rolyan® R-Lite Resistance Foam Blocks
Exercise blocks to help strengthen fingers and hands following injury or surgery. Ideal for use by people who have arthritis. Made of slow-recovery foam - the rate of exercise is determined by the foam’s recovery time to help keep the overly enthusiastic patient from over using muscles. In three resistances for different strength levels and to allow progression. Blocks are 4.4×4.4×7.6cm. Wash in warm water with mild soap and air dry. Box of 32.
