Adjustable to address severe flexion contractures
Rolyan® Static Progressive Finger Extension Splint.
Provides constant force to help correct finger flexion contrac- tures. Two D-ring straps can be worn parallel to each other or crossed. Includes two to four bolts depending on size: to treat tight contractures, replace the standard bolt with the shorter one. Made from 1/16” (1.6mm) Aquaplast®-T splinting material with
1/16” (1.6mm) Plastazote® liner. For size, with finger straight, measure length of corre- sponding finger on unaffected hand from web space to tip. Latex free.

Reverse Finger Knuckle Bender.
Dynamic finger splint extends PIP joint through rubber band traction in combina- tion with three points of pressure. Stainless steel with felt pads. Tension can be adjusted by varying the size of the rubber bands. #10 rubber bands are included. To size, measure the length of finger from MP to DIP crease.

Static Progressive Positioning Splint PIP Extension. Malleable finger platform and M.P. extension for improved func- tion. Provided with optional use straps to secure distal portion of finger. Indicated to increase R.O.M. and relieve joint stiffness. Features elastic contractures, comfortable padding and stainless steel construction. Easy-to-use hook & loop straps can be ad- justed to control tension.
LMB Finger Hugger. Designed to provide dynamic extension assist and static progres- sive positioning. Produces dynamic or static finger extension support with adjustable compression for gradual edema control. Soft breathable LycraTM material. Includes static and dynamic stay. Well-padded base allows for extended wearing time. For
DIP joint, PIP joint, total finger or thumb. Indications include post finger fractures, sprains, ligament and tendon injuries, bou- tonniere deformity and tendon injuries, as well as mallet finger. Measure total finger from MP crease to end of finger (finger ex- tended). Washable. Latex free.
Joint-Spring®. Finger extension splint with adjustable tension that may even be worn on a recently post-surgical finger. Because the splint can span all finger joints simultaneously, it can act on all joints as well as all structures on the flexor surface of the finger. May also be used for isolated extension of the metacarpophalangeal (MP) joint. Indications for use may include:
• Dupuytrens contracture post surgery or Xiaflex
• Trigger finger release (Stenosing Tenosynovitis or STS)
• Tenolysis of the flexor tendons
• Metacarpophalangeal (MP) joint stiffness • Intrinsic tightness
