Splint Pans Splinting
Forma-Splint 1600 Series Splint Pans.
These high-quality splint pans are capable of handling the largest splinting material sizes in the industry. With in-
terior dimensions of 22"D x 26"W x 5"H and exterior dimensions of 245/8"D x 331/2"W x 8"H, these pans facilitate sizes up through and including a head, neck and shoulder splint. These units are manu- factured completely out of stainless steel and are available in either Digital or Analog models, making them the most versatile bath in the industry.
The Digital Series features a digital PID-display for controlling and viewing of the water temperature within +/- 2 degrees.
The Analog Series has a manual adjustable thermostat that can be set to meet any thermoplastic material specifications.
Both units include a 1440-watt heating element, which provides quick heat-up and even distribution of heat. They also feature a 1-year warranty and are MET Lab listed.

temperature for low-temperature thermoplastics. Two settings: 160°F (71°C) and l75°F (79°C). Pan will warm 3" (7.6 cm) of cold water in about 90
minutes. Pan accommodates a standard sheet of thermoplastic material. Splint pan cover is insulated, hinged and will catch condensation. Convenient drain at back of left panel. 12 amps, 1440 watts while warming and 480 watts when maintaining temperature
(use A44010 thermometer). Grounded hospital-grade plug. MET Lab listed and CE conforming. Weighs 46 lbs. (17.7 kg). 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Split lid.
