the limb. This enhances interstitial lymph fluid to movement toward lymph receptors and vi- able nodes to facilitate evacuation. Mild, gradient compression with angle channels promotes lateral drainage of lymph fluid, away from the axillary region, which is typically affected with upper extremity lymphedema. Chipped foam is also effective in softening fibrotic tissue by gently massaging during limb movement.
