Sizing Guidelines for Knuckle Bender Splints
Measure the distance from MCP to DIP on the dorsal surface of the nger to be splinted. Splints can be adjusted for in- between sizes and to conform to hand contours.

Finger Knuckle Bender. Dynamic splint flexes the PIP joint by use of rubber band traction. Stainless steel with felt pad for patient comfort. #10 rubber bands included. Sizing chart below.
Finger Splints: Flexion
3pp® Step DownTM Splint. Restores IP flexion comfortably for improved compliance. Static progressive splint provides adjustable tension to restore PIP and DIP flexion. Strap adjusts to allow wearer to increase flexion to tolerance for improved compliance. Measure length from web space to tip and width of proximal phalanx.
3pp® Side StepTM Splint. Provides adjustable tension to decrease lateral deviation at the DIP or PIP due to injury or arthritis. Reduces lateral deformities at the DIP or PIP. Ideal to prevent the progression of deformity in osteoarthritis. Cushioned slide adjusts to provide a counterforce for correction. To size, measure length from web space to tip and width of proximal phalanx.
