Rolyan® Side Rails. Economical, foam bed rail pads protect patients from the rails and gaps when bedside rails have to be used. The rail wedge is used to fill the space between the mattress and bedside rail, adding padded protection for the user. Fastens easily to hospital bed rails with hook & loop closure straps.
