E-Z-On Adjustable Vest. These transportation safety vests are dynamically tested to position special needs children and adults in a car, van or bus (with the appropriate seat mount). Each
vest is sized for growth; there are three back zipper positions on each size. Vests meet FMVSS213 safety regulations. Must use vests with the appropriate E-Z-On Mounting Systems. Vest for Tether Mount must be used with 3994-04. Vest for Floor or Portable Seat Mount must be used with 3994-05 or 3994-10. The Tether Mount uses two tether hooks at the top and requires the use of a lap belt to go thru two loops on the vest at the waist area. The Floor Mount uses 4 tether hooks and does not require the use of a lap belt. The Tether Vest is designed to be used by individuals who need some upper body trunk support. The Floor Mount is used as a safety measure to make sure that an individual stays safely seated at all times. The individual should not be able to get themselves out of the vest when it is attached to the Floor Mount.

TheraPedic Positioning Vehicle Restraint System. This seat accommodates children weighing 20–130 lbs. up to 66” in height. Made of strong ABS plastic shell with a removable and washable cover. Comes with set of four 3/4” thick pads to provide complete lateral support or can be trimmed with scis- sors to give customized fit. Adjustable padded head support gives improved mid-line control. Child Size (6709-03) is car crash tested. It meets or exceeds crash testing requirements – FMVSS #213.
