Motorcycle Rally roars into Johnstown, PA June 21-24, 2018! The rally features major entertainment acts, Quiet Riot and Great White, along with America’s favorite AC/DC cover band, Hells/Bells. Returning favorites include Jasmine Cain, The Stickers and the American Motor Drome Wall of Death. The rally will also feature motorcycle stunt riders, major manufacturers offering demo rides and plenty of vendors. A.B.A.T.E. hosts the Official Welcome Party Friday at Greenhouse Park, just a few miles from Johnstown and gives rally goers a chance to get a bit more wild and crazy featuring tattoo artists, a beer tent, food and merchandise, biker games, and live entertainment. Located in Ebensburg, 15 miles north of Johnstown, Wheels and Wings is a Thursday rally tradition. The event features a car and truck show and several food vendors competing for the title of Best Wings. Thursday night’s Lighted Bike Night Parade gives bikers a chance to show off their custom lights, and The Grand Thunder Parade on Saturday afternoon roars through downtown Johnstown.
Take time to tour everything that beautiful western Pennsylvania has to offer. Watch the Academy Award- winning movie, The Johnstown Flood, by Charles Guggenheim at the Johnstown Flood Museum. Ride your motorcycle onto the world's steepest vehicular inclined plane; or as we call it, the world's slowest roller coaster! Enjoy Johnstown’s aesthetic beauty as you ride to one of its National Parks-Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site.
Johnstown Flood National Memorial and the Flight 93 National Memorial (Somerset A.B.A.T.E. provides guided rides to the Flight 93 Memorial). Take part in a variety of self-guided tours around the beautiful Alleghenies region.
