YOU ’RE HSERE TO RIDE, SO LET ’S GO! Info on Gypsy Tours, Poker Runs and great Charity Rides
• Official Motorcycle Week Kick-Off event: The Peter Makris Memorial Ride from the Naswa Resort: Join a few hundred of your fellow riders with the Official kickoff to the Rally with the 13th Annual Peter Makris Memorial Ride from 11AM-1:00PM at the Naswa Resort. This ride raises money for the Easter Seals NH and Laconia Fire Department’s Veterans Count program and the Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT). So, gas up, polish off the grime and get yourself comfortable on 2 or 3 wheels and join us for any or all of the gypsy tours and charity rides throughout the rally! You’re bound to make new friends along the way and maybe even benefit a local chari- ty while having a great time racking up the miles!
Sunday June 9th:
Official Daily Gypsy Tours from Rally Headquarters:
• Ride to Bentley’s Saloon in Arundel, ME: Led by Winnipesaukee HOG Chapter #2529. Meet at Laconia Harley-Davidson, registration at 9am, departs 10am.
These rides leave from Rally Headquarters on Lakeside Ave. in front of the Boardwalk, at 10:30AM (unless other- wise noted). Register for these rides on the day of departure at Rally Headquarters.
Tuesday June 11th:
Sunday: Ride to NHMS for the USCRA Vintage Races! Participate in the tour, receive a big discount on tickets for the races, AND you can ride around the track on your motorcycle (helmet must be worn to ride on the track)!
• Newbie Rode from Olde Province Commons: Led by Winnipesaukee HOG Chapter #2529. For those less (or more) experienced riders who are hesitant to ride in a large group, on highways or for many hours, this ride will give you a less “stressful” experience. Meet at 71 NH Route 104, Meredith, NH (1-mile from Laconia Harley-Davidson). Registration at 9am, departs 10am.
Monday: Join the Mae-West Memorial ‘for the love of pets’Ride.Benefitsalocalanimalshelter. Receiveacus- tom Sick-Boy Motorcycles t-shirt for your donation!
• New for 2019! NH Motor Speedway Ride to North Conway Railroad. Leaves from NHMS. NHMS.com.
Tuesday: Set your sights a little further away with a scenic guided tour from Rally Headquarters to Arundel, Maine to Bentley’s Saloon. The crew from Bentley’s will take you on this beautiful 70-mile ride to the Saloon and you can stay and hang or continue on your own – most likely you won’t want to leave Bentley’s though – it’s always a great time. Just be sure to safely return to us in Laconia!
• Makris Steak & Lobster House Benefit Ride from Coast to the Mtns. Starts at 9am and ends at Makris Lobster & Steak House. $10 rider, $5 per passenger. Live music and promos 5-9pm! All proceeds go to a Veteran Non-Profit.
Wednesday: Get your iron-a** ready for this one! Dave & Deb guide you on this 170+ mile tour of NH’s Covered Bridges!
• Ladies Ride, led by Winnipesaukee HOG Chapter #2529 Ladies of Harley. Meet at Laconia Harley- Davidson, registration begins 9am, departs 10am.
Thursday: We Y Laconia Motorcycle Week Ride. Join Laconia local dignitaries leading the 2-hour ride for the 4th annual We Y Laconia event. Your $50 entry fee (per rider, $75 for rider and passenger) gets you an exclusive Ride t-shirt and patch, catered lunch, parking, sponsor goody bag, and merchant discounts. This year’s ride ends at the Naswa Resort.
• Speedway Children’s Charities Motorcycle Ride from NH Motor Speedway. For info: NHMS.com.

• Guided Tour to the Ride to the Sky returns! Ride
to the top of Mt. Washington. Led by the Winnipesaukee HOG Chapter #2529 and Concord HOG Chapter #2756. Meet at Laconia Harley Davidson, reg- istration will begin at 7am and departs at 9am. Return ride will be available.
• The POW/MIA & Freedom Ride: Join us at the Winnipesaukee Crossing by 5pm to line-up with 1000s of other motorcyclists for the 26th Anniversary of the Freedom Ride and 31st Anniversary of the Vigil, in honor of POW/MIAs and their families.
• The 9th Annual “Jesus Ride”. Leaves Lowe’s Parking lot at 11AM for a ride through Weirs Beach.
