People are looking for ways to be engaged so they can do their job better. Other people are also looking for who to appreciate their efforts at work. If this does not mean anything it does to me because I should not wait for another human to engage and appreciate me to value my worth. Now, tell me why you should not engage your skills and appreciate yourself.

Engaging your skills requires that you step out, meet people, network at every opportunity, expand your circle, try something new and improve on it always. If you do not move, nothing moves.
