Mark Antony Homes is family owned and operated. Our company was founded on the quality and integrity of building homes at the highest level.
Mark A. DeAngelis, Sr, Founder and President made a name for himself and his business by designing and building rst-class homes and providing award-winning customer service since 1988. More than 30 years later, that commitment to excellent customer satisfaction has yet to waiver.
Mark A. DeAngelis, Jr, Vice President and Principal was born into the home building business. From a very young age, he took an extreme interest in the details of quality nish work, and an obsession with making each project
as close to perfection as possible. Mark Jr manages the Operations of the business along with the Sales Division.
Matthew DeAngelis, Lead Project Manager was also born into the home building business. Matthew has extensive training for in- eld supervision as well as knowledge of all trade aspects of our jobs. Matthew is our on-site eyes and ears, supervising our subcontractors along with our Foreman.

At Mark Antony Homes, ef ciency and delegation is a practice in which we rmly believe. Our Management staff, which includes our Of ce Manager and Project Consultant, works with each client to assist with the decision making and selection process. With so many parts and pieces to building
a new custom home, these roles are vital in making our jobs 100% ef cient and take the high levels of stress away from our clients. Coordination is key... and with our staff working for you, this leads to a smooth and on-time delivery for your new home.
White Glove Delivery
We provide anticipated times of completion for your home upfront. We do
a nal walk-through and inspect every detail together with you. We ensure the home is to your standards before we hand over the keys. We have our professional cleaning crew come into the home once the nal detailing is complete and conduct a thorough clean. Once we turn the keys over, we provide you with a detailed list of everyone who worked on your home and their contact information in the event you have any questions about any speci cs or products in the home. We are a proud member of the National Home Builders Association in which we provide our warranty booklet providing you with all the necessary information on owning your new home. It does not end there! We send you a postcard reminder about a month before your one-year anniversary date asking for a punch list of items you would like us to take care of that are within the warranty of the home. We complete a full paint touch-up.
