I'm a 26-year-old man in the computer science field from Florida, and I've
been in the US since 2016. I’m currently working in the real estate
industry, managing rental properties as well as buying and selling homes.
I’m dedicated to advancing in tech and real estate, and I aim to support

Loc Truong was born and raised in Vietnam, where he spent over five years working at
DFS Duty-Free before immigrating to the U.S. at the age of 34. Known for his creativity,
integrity, and dedication, Loc is also a kind and hardworking individual. A devoted VNARP
volunteer since its inception, he has earned multiple awards, including consecutive
Member of the Year titles in 2018 and 2019. Most notably, he exclusively designed the
'Three Ladies' icon for VNARP’s Taste of Vietnam, one of its signature events, capturing
the cultural essence of Vietnam’s Northern, Central, and Southern regions to showcase
the unique beauty of Vietnamese culture on the global stage.
With over eight years of marketing experience at KW Silicon City, Loc blends creativity,
strategic marketing, and Keller Williams' tech platforms to drive agent growth. His
expertise in promoting the office's brand strengthens its competitive edge in the Silicon
Valley real estate market. He holds a Master’s Degree in Advertising and Branded Media
from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, equipping him with advanced skills in creative
strategy, digital marketing, brand building, and leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance
efficiency and optimize marketing campaigns. These skills enable him to design and
execute impactful campaigns across various media platforms, further enhancing his
ability to serve clients effectively.

• GD Commercial: Designed marketing materials and set up a 3D scale model for a
$100 million Vietnam Town project in San Jose, California
