Marshall Nguyen is the CEO & President of Wyn Group, a Commercial
Real Estate Investment and Brokerage firm in the Twin Cities, MN, which
he co-founded in 2023. Additionally, he is a strategic partner and owner
of Pacifica Square USA, a company specializing in developing properties
in high-density Asian markets across the U.S. Wyn Group focuses on
transforming big-box retailers and shopping centers into Asian Lifestyle
Shopping Centers, with plans for 50 more centers in the next eight years.
Marshall pioneered Minnesota’s first Asia Mall and is key to redeveloping
the Burnsville Center. His achievements include several awards, such as
the Redevelopment Project of the Year, Commercial Real Estate Broker
of the Year, and recognition in the Finance & Commerce "The Power 30"
list and Twin Cities Business Top 100.
Born in 1988 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Marshall is dedicated to
advocating for minority communities and fostering cross-border
investment opportunities between Asia and the U.S.
