Hilda Ramirez is the CEO and Team Leader of Keller Williams Silicon
City, overseeing 160 real estate associates across residential, luxury, and
commercial divisions. With over 30 years of experience, Hilda's vision is
to elevate KW Silicon City to a Keller Williams Premier Mega Office.
Before joining KW in 2018, she served as Director of PR and
Communications at the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS®,
leading initiatives for over 6,100 REALTOR® members.
Hilda holds Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Senior
Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations, showcasing her expertise in
real estate investments, 1031 exchanges, and educational marketing.
She is a founding officer of the National Hispanic Organization of Real
Estate Associates (NHORA) and has served on several advisory boards,
including the Housing Trust of Silicon Valley.
Her contributions have earned her numerous accolades from real estate
organizations and recognition from state leaders for her work in the
Hispanic and housing communities. Hilda enjoys the beach, music,
travel, and spending time with her daughter, Erica, inside counsel for
Searchlight Films.

Originally Ghanaian and Lebanese, Jay’s multicultural background has
given him a valuable perspective on the world of real estate. He was
introduced to the industry at a young age through his family’s business,
where he witnessed their success in transforming distressed
single-family homes and building-single family homes in Accra Ghana.
After moving to the USA in 2017, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in
Business from the prestigious Carlson School of Management, which
equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of
being an entrepreneur and commercial real estate broker. Despite
graduating in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jay persevered
through the challenges and emerged as a well rounded broker under the
guidance and mentorship of Marshall Nguyen. He used the difficulties he
faced as opportunities to learn and grow, gaining a deep understanding
of the industry and the expertise to deliver tailored solutions for his
clients. When not closing deals, Jay reinvests his energy into his Alma
Mater, fueling student ambition in CRE through networking events and
educational programs. He inspires them to challenge norms and trust in
their potential. Alongside his professional passions, he is a devoted
family man, treasured as a brother, son, and husband
