Ky Anh Hoang Ann Trandai Ky-Anh Hoang co-founded EcoSolar USA with her husband David, and also manages the Retirement Planning department at Independence Insurance Center. She earned her Personal Financial Planner degree from UC Irvine in 2013. Ky-Anh has over 10 years of experience in banking and financial services, previously working at Wells Fargo Private Bank. With a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from IIT, she earned her CCIM pin in just 10 months in 2007. Ann focuses on helping Asian business owners with retail leases and multi-family property investments nationwide, completing transactions in over 20 states. She served as the 2015 AREAA Chicago President, Vice President of the Vietnamese Association of IL, and has received numerous awards, including NSBAR Broker of the Year and induction into the Asian American Hall of Fame. Ann is a community leader, serving on the IIT Alumni Board, Rotary International, and the National CCIM Board. She founded VFRE and supports minority brokers through scholarships. In her free time, Ann enjoys cooking, yoga, meditation, and traveling with her family.
