Helen Duong
Helen Duong brings over 30 years of experience in commercial real
estate as a principal at North Valley Realty Group and formerly with
Ronin Commercial Real Estate. She specializes in leasing, acquisition,
and sales of commercial properties, offering clients expert advice and
long-range portfolio planning. Helen’s career began as a financial analyst
and evolved into roles such as asset manager, leasing agent, and
corporate executive. At Boston Properties, she managed lease
administration for over 5 million square feet of office and retail properties
in Northern California. Her extensive knowledge allows her to guide
clients through every aspect of transactions, from due diligence to cash
flow analysis.
Helen is also a dedicated community leader. She currently serves as the
National Chairwoman for VNARP, where she has expanded chapters to
Houston, Southern California, and the Southeast region. Helen works
with the Wheelchair Foundation, providing over 26,000 wheelchairs to
Vietnam. Her past roles include President of Asian Commercial
Professionals (ACP), 2013 President of CREW, and board member of
both the Silicon Valley American Red Cross and Viet Heritage Society,
where she contributed to preserving Vietnamese culture.
