Renee Lo
With over two decades of experience in the title and escrow industries,
I’ve advanced from a receptionist to an Assistant Vice President/Escrow
Officer, driven by a passion for helping homeowners close their
transactions and partnering with real estate agents, particularly during
challenging deals that require compassion and understanding. My
expertise spans all aspects of real estate transactions, including home
buying and selling, flipping properties, commercial deals, seller
carrybacks, private notes, deeds of trust, and refinancing.
Beyond my professional accomplishments, I cherish my 19-year
marriage and the joy of raising our 14-year-old son as he prepares for
high school. I also serve as an elected school board member in the
Orchard School District in San Jose, California, reflecting my
commitment to education and community engagement.
My journey is one of perseverance, empathy, and service, excelling in
both professional and personal spheres while actively contributing to my
community. Through dedication and a commitment to understanding
others' needs, I strive to make a positive impact on homeowners,
students, and my family, embodying the values of compassion, integrity,
and leadership.

Rich Tran is a former 3x Mayor for the City of Milpitas, California. During
his time as Mayor for 80,000 residents, he led a Silicon Valley city with a
$100m+ annual operating budget and $300m+ capital improvement
project budget. He currently has taken a break from elected office to
pursue a longtime dream of being a tech startup founder. Rich graduated
from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in political science and from NYU
with a master's degree in public management.
