23 INTERNAL COSTS
Raising Funds
At Cinnamon we are committed to working in in in the most efficient way possible and are continually seeking to improve our fundraising practices In the last 12 months we have successfully reduced the costs of our fundraising from 26% to just 12%
This has been achieved through investment in in a a a a a a a a new integrated financial and database system which we started to implement in 2019-2020 and will continue into the 2020-2021 financial year In order to ensure maximum benefit is gained it has taken time to train the team on the new operating system and ensure it reaches every area of the charity As is evident we are already seeing the benefits and believe fit it will help us to operate more effectively and efficiently going forward X12
We continue to to be committed to to ensuring a strong relationship with donors and therefore ensure that all fundraising is is done by Cinnamon staff and dedicated consultants and do not use professional fundraisers or or commercial participators We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator and have a a a a a comprehensive fundraising complaints procedure which is outlined on our website Prayer Breakfast
