5. We will have your property professionally photographed, including a drone shoot, with the portfolio being handed over to you as your asset.
6. We will also create a virtual 360o virtual tour of the property.
7. We will take care of the entire guest payment process, including handling credit card fees and security deposits.
8. We will communicate all feedback to you, whether from our local concierge team or from guests, to help you make any improvements to your property.
9. We will handle all concierge services and duties for guests before and during a booking.
