 When do these inspections take place?
At Wanderlust, we conduct various inspections of the property from the time the property is signed and then finally becomes operational. Few of these inspections are:
1. Pre-acquisition Audit: This is done before the property is signed off and
becomes a part of our portfolio. We share our observations with the owners in the form of a Standardization Report. This report details all maintenance and house keeping works to be executed to bring the property to our basic standards even before it is on-boarded. It will also detail any shortfall in the minimum inventory required for the linen and cutlery at the property.
2. Set-up Audit: This is done just before the property is on-boarded and listed for marketing. It is primarily done to ensure that all works detailed in the pre-acquisition report has been complied with and executed satisfactorily. A satisfactory Set-up Audit Report is a mandatory document to list the property.
3. Regular Monthly Inspections: We conduct an inspection every month to ensure that the property is maintained to the specified standards at all tines and there is no discrepancy in the deliverables committed on ground to the guests before every check-in.
4. Surprise and random Inspections: These are done any tine, at least once every month & unscheduled, to observe and ensure that properties are being maintained in proper and excellent conditions as per our specified standards and ready to accommodate guests at all times.
