A tsunami of divisiveness, disproportionate incar- ceration, drug epidemics ... waves of school dropouts, concerns for public safety, sexual abuse, healthcare, home- lessness, terrorism ... typhoons of fear and uncertainty.
In a horrific storm, you need all hands on deck.
We must be strong and courageous. It is the time.
