FERRARI F1 MEETS RIVA POWERBOAT IN DESIGNER AUDIO
Take an exhaust from a Formula 1 Ferrari, add some signature styling details from a Riva Aquariva powerboat, install an amazing sound system, and you have a unique fusion of hi- tech audio and Italian design flair called IXOOST.
This particular bespoke creation, the OTTO Riva, is currently on display and for sale at the Mayfair showroom of Riva’s London dealer, Ventura. It is one of many such bespoke creations from IXOOST.
Based in Modena, the home of Ferrari, IXOOST produces amazing audio systems using a variety of extraordinary engine hardware derived from planes as well as cars. Many, like the OTTO Riva, are built on exhaust systems from F1 racers and famous supercars. As well as Ferraris, the choice includes Cosworth, Lotus, Williams, Renault, Redbull and Lamborghini.
Compact speakers are mounted inside the tailpipes, with tweeter, midrange, extended range and active sub-woofers. Connectivity options include Bluetooth wireless, Aux, plus your preferred choice of dock to fit the your device.
Conceived as a tribute to the craftsmanship of Modena, IXOOST audio docks are the brainchild of two innovative Italian designers, Matteo Panini and Mirco Pecorari, both of whom are from Modena. Each IXOOST audio dock is bespoke, and represents a unique synergy of imagination, design and technology.
