these Italian GT cars for the lead tangled with the same Mercedes as the Kaspersky Ferrari did and both cars spun putting the Audi out of contention. The two M-Sport Bentleys battled it out for many laps until the number 25 Audi of Team Saintéloc took the lead and crossed the finish line driven by the German Christopher Haase, followed into second and third by the number 8 M-Sport Bentley and the number 90 Akka ASP Mercedes. The Pro- Am class was won by the number 16 Black Falcon Mercedes with Oli Morley taking an overall eighth place, whilst Kessel Racing’s Ferrari took the Am class win and national class went to the number 991 Porsche.
Certainly, the highlight of the season so far, I just wish I could have stayed to see the race through at Spa. Can’t wait for the endurance finale at Circuit de Cataluña in Barcelona.
