Right after the world premiere, Christoph Socha was able to disclose another collaboration with the design and service provider Bernd Kußmaul. He explained; “With this partnership we will interpret exclusivity and design differently“. Kußmaul works with clients such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Rolls Royce, and Aston Martin, so look out for more Insiders as the range expands to larger boats. When it comes to cost, the shipyard’s owner was reluctant to talk about prices, “...it costs as much as the emotions and craftsmanship that is inside it,” he states with a wide smile when questioned. But actually it is not unaffordable; on request, the shipyard will provide a price list with various options. I was very pleasantly surprised. Cheque book please Craig.handling characteristics also needed to meet the highest standards, like an elegant sports car on the track or street. The hull itself was designed by the Hamburg-based iYacht company and all the details – from the leather to the stainless steel – are produced exclusively. Each and every detail is individually fabricated, even the struts underneath the engine compartment cover and the water drains in the cockpit are bespoke to the Insider. The shipyard delivers the 8, 5 meter long INSIDER either with gasoline or diesel motorization options propelling her to a top speed of 100 km/h. Thoughtfully by restricting its width to just 2,5 meters the boat can comfortably and legally, trailered by any medium range car. Optionally the manufacturer also delivers the trailer, with fne details similar to the boat itself as one would expect.
