BUSINESS IS LIKE BOXING. EVERYONE HAS A PLAN UNTIL THEY GET PUNCHED ON THE FACE
We all forge our winning plans on paper and even start counting the success. Wait until we get out of the bulding, out of nowhere, we encounter the punch on the face in the name of the customer and all the plans evaporate. Customer is the true reality. Business is about endurance, adaptability and anticipating the punch (working with worst case scenario)
