“Holiday Pops”
The FSO’s Holiday Pops concert is one of the most popular performances of the season. This year we feature local singers Amesha McElveen and Jerinda Davis. They most recently performed together in the Florence Little Theatre’s production of Dreamgirls.
A native of Florence,
Amesha L. McElveen is a
2010 graduate of Coker
College with a B.A. in
Music Education. She has
performed in various stage
productions in the Pee
Dee and upstate area,
such as Florence Little
Theatre’s productions of
Hairspray, Ragtime,
Legally Blonde, The Wizard
of Oz and Crowns. She also starred in Dreamgirls as Deena Jones at the Florence Little Theatre and the Centre Stage Theatre in Greenville. She has been a featured soloist for both the Masterworks Choir of Florence and the Francis Marion University Band.
