Exclusion of minority institutions from the purview of law is not discriminatory — Article 15(5) does not differentiate between private aided and unaided educational institutions, is not violative of Article 14. — Autonomy of administration of private unaided educational institutions has not been destroyed by Article 15(5). — Right of private unaided educational institutions to admit students of its choice is not abrogated/destroyed by Article 15(5).
