World Book Day was established by the United Nations Educational, scientific and Cultural Organisation(UNESCO) on 23 April 1995.
World Book Day is a celebration to promote the enjoyment of books and reading. This event is celebrated all over the world to recognize the scope of books- a link between the past and the future and a bridge between generations and across cultures.
