9G1 REPORT – By Francheska 9G
During the first lesson, we had the first assembly rehearsal of the day, expressing our concerns and queries with our classmate’s and teacher. We did different things to make the practice work, and we explained to each other what things we could do if there was a certain situation that might occur during the assembly so that we could avoid such circumstances. The students in charge of the PowerPoint edited some slides and added a few things to the ppt while the hosts for the assembly edited their script as well to make it better. The people in the rehearsal did their best and practiced as if we were actually in the assembly. We tested the quizzes games to see if there were any bugs and if everything was okay, and everything really was okay, so the test went swimmingly. We also added a minute of mindfulness to the assembly so that students can cool off after their lessons and let the girls presenting calm down before they present, I think it was a great idea. We had the second and final rehearsal of the day at 10:25 in breaktime, however we didn’t exactly read or practiced what we were supposed to do in the assembly, instead we finalized the ppt and did the final touches before we start. The assembly meeting started at 10:57 and the girls in 9G started to present at 11:25. 9G’s presentation went well and the activities that were held were fun for everyone (Ms. Vidhya even mentioned that the presentation was fun to watch even though we were overtime).
