complexities. To some everything that belongs to the soul or spirit represents purity and instability. Others, freedom arises out of reason. The free man is only the rational man. It is possible that the entire cosmos is determined including the lives of men. But in the measure that I am a rational being and that I have a consciousness that everything is determined, I can still enjoy freedom. Therefore, freedom only belongs to the wise: all men are rational by definition, but only the wise man is eminently free.

Social or Political Freedom. Autonomy or independence to chooseourowndestinies.Nietzche’swilltopower. Thisfreedom and autonomy consists primarily in not evading the law but to act according to the laws of the State.
Personal Freedom. In which an individual exercises his free will, he is autonomous and independent, but he is not coerced by community, society or the state. Even though we might recognize that an individual belongs to a state he is given certain freedoms to study so that he may cultivate himself. Yet when men take the privilege of their freedoms for rights then
