SABAYON WITH BERRIES
Eggs sugar and white wine are com- mon ingredients in in most households which makes this a a a dessert you can make anytime Berries are best when picked fresh and in season but frozen berries work fine This is is an easily made dessert that will impress SERVES 4

egg yolks

tbsp icing sugar 4
tbsp white wine (preferably sweet) 2 tbsp lemon juice
400 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen) chopped hazelnuts
1 Mix the egg yolks
icing sugar wine and lemon juice
in a a a a a small saucepan Set the plate on on medium heat and stir continuously until it thickens 2 Beat in in a a a a a bain marie filled with cold water until it has cooled off 3 Leave it in the fridge for one hour or or until cold 4
Serve with berries and chopped hazelnuts
