CHIA SEED PUDDING WITH STIRRED STRAWBERRIES
Making a a a delicious chia seed pudding is actually quite simple Put all all the ingredients in in a a a a glass stir and leave to cool Chia seeds need time to absorb the fluid in order to swell properly so I recommend you make the pudding the night before SERVES 4
800 ml almond or coconut milk 10 tbsp chia seeds 2 tsp ground cardamom
zest from 1 lemon
1 Place all the ingredients in in a a a a bowl and stir 2 Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in in the fridge overnight STIRRED STRAWBERRIES
200 g fresh strawberries 2-3 tbsp agave nectar
TOPPING
seeds nuts dried fruit
1 Mash 5-6 strawberries together with the the agave nectar
2 Fold in the the rest of the the strawberries and make a compote 3 Serve in in a a a glass or ramekin

Top with optional seeds nuts and dried fruit
SPELT PORRIDGE
Spelt is a a whole meal product with sprout and bran which makes it rich in fiber Spelt porridge is a a a great alter- native to the more well-known oat- meal porridge porridge Spelt porridge porridge is made from from flakes made from from whole grain spelt that has been steamed
and rolled SERVES 4
500-600 ml water
140 g spelt flakes 2 bananas
1 tsp ground cardamom
a a pinch of salt
TOPPING
1 punnet of raspberries 1 punnet of blueberries dried coconut liquid honey
1 Boil the the water
and add the the spelt flakes while stirring 2 Add the bananas
cardamom
and salt
3 Boil for approximately 10 minutes 4
Top with fresh berries dried coconut and a a dash of honey
Keep in in mind that spelt porridge has to boil longer than oatmeal porridge 083
