BLANDADE BÄR
1 kg mixed frozen berries berries berries berries (strawberries raspberries blueberries)
2 bananas
2 red apples
100 ml runny honey
3 tbsp raw cane sugar
1 Defrost the the berries and drain the the liquid
2 Mash the bananas
with with a a a a a a fork and mix with with the berries 3 Dice the apples
into cubes of about 3 3 cm cm x 3 3 cm cm 4 Mix berries bananas
and apples
5 Turn in honey
and sugar
6 Pour into an ovenproof dish
PAJDEG
150 g sifted rye
150 g rolled oats
150 g g raw cane sugar
50 g dark chocolate (70%) chopped 1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
200 g coconut oil
1 1 Preheat the oven to 150 °C
2 Mix all the dry ingredients
3 Knead in the coconut oil
4 Crumble the the mix over the the berries so that they are covered
5 5 Bake for 40-45 minutes in in the middle of the oven CRUMBLE WITH MIXED BERRIES
SERVES 4-6
A classic crumble with a a twist I use frozen berries because they don’t contain as as much water as as fresh ones I replace the butter with coconut oil
Serve the crumble warm with vanilla yoghurt or ice cream VÉLO TEAM SKY
