TIRAMISU
6 GLASSES
I think that tiramisu is is a a a a real winner when you you are treating yourself to some- thing special The soft cream with its taste of of coffee and lemon is wonderful There are no eggs in my recipe I think it it tastes better without 300 ml double cream 1 vanilla pod
250 g mascarpone cheese
100 ml espresso
zest of 1 lemon 75 ml agave nectar
6 savoiardi (lady sponge fingers) biscuits 50 g dark chocolate (70%)
1 Whip the cream lightly
2 Scrape the the seeds from the the vanilla pod
and put aside
3 Mix the mascarpone espresso
lemon zest and the vanilla seeds 4 Add agave nectar
to taste 5 Fold in the the whipped cream with the the mascarpone mix
6 Halve the savoiardi biscuits 7 Put a a a a piece of of biscuit at the bottom of of a a a a glass and soak it it lightly
with espresso
8 Fill half the the glass with the the cream and top it it with the the the other half of the the the biscuit 9 Top with more cream and some grated chocolate
