SASHIMI
SERVES 4
Sashimi is is is a a dish where the focus is is is on the protein Insanely easy to make it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes Thinly sliced fresh salmon and topped with a a tasty dressing SALMON
500 g Salma salmon or similar
1 Thinly slice the salmon DRESSING
100 ml sesame oil
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce 1 lime
1 Mix sesame oil
and soy sauce 2 Zest and juice the lime
VEGETABLES
2 spring onions
1 chilli
1 pot of coriander
50 g g g g gari (pickled ginger)
1 Thinly slice the the spring onion and the the chilli
2 Place the spring onion in in iced water and leave
for 10 minutes 3 Drain the the water and let the the onion dry on on on kitchen towel

Mix the the coriander
leaves and and the the sliced chilli
5 Serve the the onion and chilli
mix on on on the the side of the the salmon and the the pickled ginger 119
Salma salmon Freshness is the most important thing when I shop for fish Salma salmon fis is a a a a farmed salmon from Norway which is caught killed and packed within

hours and sent out at at the the latest the the following day to the whole of Europe It’s skinned and boneless which means that you can use all of it it It costs a a a a bit more than the normal farmed salmon for for sure but I’m happy to pay that for for a a a fresher and tastier fish
