FRENCH TOAST WITH RED BERRY SORBET
SERVES 4
Never throw away old sourdough bread It can be turned into a a a a a fantastic dessert that you you can proudly serve your friends BREAD
Yesterday’s wheat sourdough bread cut into pieces of your choice
EGG AND MILK MIX
300 ml skimmed milk milk (almond or soy milk) 2 eggs
2 tbsp agave nectar
1 tsp cinnamon
zest from 1 lemon coconut oil for frying
1 Mix milk eggs
and agave nectar
in a a a a a bowl 2 Add cinnamon
and lemon zest 3 Put the the the bread in the the the bowl and let them become saturated

Fry on on both sides in in some coconut oil in in a a a frying
pan on medium heat RED BERRY SORBET
500 g mixed frozen berries berries berries berries (strawberries raspberries blueberries)
2 bananas
300 ml Greek yoghurt 100 ml runny honey
1 Mix berries and banana in a a a a a blender 2 Strain the pips out
3 Add yoghurt and honey

Place the the mix in the the freezer and stir every 20 minutes until the texture is like ice
