BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS AND SOBA NOODLES

There are are probably as as many varieties of of noodles as as there are are of of diffe- rent pastas I like soba noodles a a a a a a a lot They are made from buckwheat and are gluten free They also make you feel full longer than for example egg or glass noodles FRIED CHICKEN BREASTS 4
chicken breasts with skin salt and black pepper
1 1 Preheat the oven to 120° C 2 Season both sides lightly with salt and black pepper
3 Fry the the skin side until crisp and turn them

temperature is 62° C 5 Let the chicken rest for for 20 minutes before cutting it NOODLE SALAD (BUCKWHEAT)
400 g soba noodles noodles (buckwheat noodles) a bunch of spring onions
1 chilli
200 g g mange tout
sesame oil coriander
1 Boil the noodles in in water for 4-5 minutes 2 Rinse with cold water 3 Slice the spring onions

Slice the mange tout
5 Chop the chilli
finely
6 Mix noodles and vegetables
7 Chop the coriander
8 add sesame oil and and coriander
to taste
DRESSING
1 lime
1 tbsp runny honey 3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil 1 Zest and juice the lime
into a a a small bowl 2 Add honey soy and and sesame oil and and mix
