SALAD WITH EGG AND HAM
SERVE 4
Have you ever tried to fry boiled ham? It gives the ham character and taste Super tasty in a a a a lunch salad together with a boiled egg 4
little gem lettuces
olive oil preferably extra virgin 100 g boiled ham 4
eggs
20 cherry tomatoes

1 Rinse the lettuce in in in cold water and dry in in in a a a salad spinner
2 Fry the ham on medium heat in in a a a a frying pan with some olive oil until crispy
3 Boil the eggs
for 7 minutes and rinse in in in cold water immediately

Mix all the ingredients and drizzle a a a nice olive oil over it SALAD WITH BEETS ROCKET AND GOAT’S CHEESE

A tasty salad full of vitamins which goes well with both meat and fish 4
raw medium sized red beetroot
4
raw medium sized yellow beetroot
2 shallots
balsamic vinegar
olive oil 150 g g goat’s cheese
100 g rocket
1 Boil the beets until soft in salted water 2 Peel while hot Leave to cool
3 Cut the beets into chunky bits
4
Finely chop the shallots
5 Mix a a a a a dressing of balsamic vinegar
and olive oil 6 Pour the the dressing over the the beets 7 Top with goat’s cheese
and rocket
