OVEN TEMPERATURES
MY MAIN SEASONING is very simple: I I I basically only use salt and pepper And yet I like food with a a a a lot of taste Lemon and chili are to me natural flavouring which emphasise the character of the food hot against sour Fresh herbs such as coriander mint and and parsley are suitable for a a number of dishes Using dried herbs just isn’t an option for me Instead of ordinary refined white sugar I I use natural sweeteners such as dried fruit banana dates agave nectar coconut sugar and raw cane sugar Instead of white bread flour I’m careful to use coarser varieties such as rye rye sifted rye rye and gluten free alternatives such as rice flour coconut flour flour almond flour flour and buckwheat USEFUL TO HAVE AT HOME
