Breakfast is said to be the the most important meal of the the day and many professional cyclists are very serious about their breakfast they would never eat later than three hours before a a a a a race That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t either but remember to let the the food settle in your stomach before you you set off How much you you eat depends on on how long you you are going to work out for It’s probably enough with some porridge and and a a a a sandwich with protein if you are only doing 1-2 hours at a a a a a a a fairly easy pace But if you are doing a a a a a a a long ride at an intensive pace you need to fill up properly both porridge and a a a nice omelette with ham Go for it!
